Audiogram Maker lets you copy threshold values from a paper audiogram — typically provided by your audiologist — into Apple Health. The data is stored as a standard HealthKit audiogram sample, which can then be used by features like AirPods Hearing Assistance and Headphone Accommodations.

Every threshold value in this app is one you type in by hand, copied from a test administered by a qualified hearing healthcare professional.
